This cause is deeply personal to our team. One of our founders has a son living with a severe cardiac condition that has demanded multiple open heart surgeries. After certain heart procedures, such as valve replacements, children must regularly test the clotting of their blood to ensure they are not at risk of a clot causing a stroke. Unfortunately, due to the immense strain on our NHS, not all families receive monitors for home use. This means many must endure long and often weekly trips to the hospital just for routine tests.

These devices will empower families to manage their child’s care from home, reducing stress and allowing them to reclaim precious time and normalcy in their lives.
