Winter is just around the corner. For most of us that means cosy nights in front of the TV, full bellies and Christmas, surrounded by the people we love. Unfortunately for the homeless, this is so far from reality. Too many homeless people die in Scotland each year, these figures get drastically worse in winter with freezing temperatures and harsh weather conditions. I am fundraising to make up bags containing gloves, hats, scarves, socks and food and will be delivering them to as many people living on the streets as I can. Everyone needs warmth, kindness and respect.

***edit*** after achieving 80% of our target in only two days, and following some publicity from Glasgow Live, I've decided to raise the target to make this a bigger project, to buy more essentials like sleeping bags and personal care items and hope to reach even more homeless people!
