We’re raising funds to support Unleash Your Creativity, our after-school music and creative programme for young people aged 8–15 in Barking & Dagenham and surrounding areas.

For many young people, the hours after school can be the most vulnerable. There isn’t always a safe space to go, something meaningful to do, or support available when it’s needed most.

Unleash Your Creativity provides that space. Each week, young people come together to write music, express themselves, build confidence, and connect with others in a supportive environment. They don’t need any prior experience, just a willingness to try.

Alongside the creative sessions, we also provide food so young people can come straight from school without worrying about meals. For many families, this makes a real difference.

The programme helps young people:

- build confidence and self-expression

- develop creative and communication skills

- form positive friendships and a sense of belonging

- stay engaged in something safe and constructive after school

At the moment, this programme runs subject to funding. That means places are limited, and not every young person who wants to take part is able to.

Your support helps us:

- provide more free spaces for young people

- cover food and essential session costs

- pay experienced facilitators to deliver high-quality sessions

- keep the programme accessible to those who need it most

This isn’t just about music. It’s about giving young people somewhere to go, something to be part of, and a way to express themselves.
