We are Team Crackers and we're doing the 2025 Hitchin Soapbox Derby to raise money for Friends of Strathmore School (FOSSA) and Parents of Wilshere Dacre Academy (POWA).

They are both lovely PTA groups run by passionate parents. Over the years they have funded projects to support children's education in Hitchin, including:

- a new phonics program for Strathmore School

- programmable robots for Strathmore School

- a new library room for Wilshere Dacre Junior Academy

- refurbishment of the playground at Wilshere Dacre Junior Academy
