Story

I'm raising £500 to hope support 21 dancers from Stenhouse Performing Arts have been selected to represent Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 at the Global Dance Open Finals 2026 in San Sebastián, Spain 🇪🇸✨

For some of our dancers, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity; for others, it’s the continuation of a journey they’ve worked tirelessly to build. Every single member of our team brings their own story, background, and dedication—and creating this momentous opportunity for all of them is at the heart of everything we do.

Alongside the prestige and excitement of competing on a global stage, this experience also offers something equally special. In the midst of a busy term filled with rehearsals, classes, and exams, this trip becomes a chance to step away, reset, and truly bond as a team—making memories that will last far beyond the competition itself.

To help make this dream a reality, we’ll be taking on a sponsored walk with a route showcasing some of Falkirk’s most iconic landmarks. Starting at Callendar House, we’ll make our way to the magnificent Kelpies before finishing at the world-famous Falkirk Wheel. As well as raising funds for a fantastic cause, the walk is a wonderful opportunity for our team to spend time together and celebrate the very best of our local area.ahead of the finals in July. Every step we take brings us closer to covering the significant competition-related costs at this level, ensuring our dancers can take to the stage costumed beautifully, fully prepared, and truly world-stage ready.

If you’re able to support us in any way, we would be so grateful. Truly, every single contribution makes a difference.

Thank you for being part of our journey.
