Next October Team 3-1-5 are heading out to Africa to start an epic cycle from Mount Kilimanjaro, across Tanzania to the coast of Zanzibar. This 5 day event will cover over 430 kilometres and involve some enormous climbs on difficult terrain in the African heat.

This difficult feat will be worth it if we can meet our target of £10,000 raised for our local hospital trusts cardiac unit. We all know someone who has benefitted from being cared for by our local NHS and now it is time for 3-1-5 to give back. So if you can help in anyway please do give what you can to support team 3-1-5 change some lives for the better.

Over this next 12 months we will be conducting a number of fundraising events in the build up to the big day to ensure we can really make a difference, so if you aren't able to donate please come along and join in one of our events. Together we can do it.
