Story
The National Citizen Service is a government funded programme allowing children aged 15-17 to achieve a qualification whilst giving back to their local community. During our Social Action week, we have developed a social action plan to which we will be providing our services at the Moments Dementia Cafe in Plymouth. Many have been affected through mental health, including dementia, and we have decided as a team we would like to raise funds to help our local community in their quest to help these people with different types of mental health issues.
