Story
John's brother Cathal is a member of Team Aspect who will be taking part in The Race Around Ireland on Sunday 27th of August.
It is a non-stop cycle which starts at Trim Castle and It is listed as one of the World’s Toughest Endurance Events.
The lads chosen charity this year is The Aspect Centre in the SOS in Kilkenny. The Aspect Centre provides day and residential services for adults with Autism and intellectual difficulties which John's twin nephews Matthew & Charlie attend daily.
We are looking to fund-raise with all our friends and families support as much as we possibly can for this Race of which every penny or cent raised goes to this fantastic cause.
Wishing all of Team Aspect : Seamus, Pat, John and Cathal the very best of luck, what an great cause you are all supporting and also the sheer commitment it is taking from all of you.

7 years agoAll we were lucky enough to hear Charlie our nephew on KCLR (Kilkenny Carlow Local Radio Station) this evening talking about the Race around Ireland and the fundraising effort for Team Aspect. It is wonderful to hear how much progress he and Matthew are making from the wonderful support of the Aspect Unit in the SOS Kilkenny. They have built his confidence to the level he was reading on air all about the ride. To remind you all again it starts Sunday 27th August if you can support in anyway you can it would be very much appreciate.
