Representing your country in any sport is one of the greatest achievements a person can have. Fly Fishing is a sport/hobby which has seen growth in recent years due to its many social, environmental and health benefits and the popularity of Mortimer and Whitehouse BBC 2 series Gone Fishing!

The 11th FIPS Mouche World Masters Fly Fishing Championship 2026 is to held in July in Koppang, Norway. Team England Fly Fishing will be one of the 15 teams competing in a week long competition.

The five-man team is looking for help with the costs of competing and is looking to raise the £7,000 to cover the teams official entry fees.

The team is completely self-funded having to cover the above costs along with travel, practice, training and accommodation with the final cost per angler likely to exceed £3000.

Fly Fishing is in our blood- we are a passionate bunch of anglers who love our sport. We are proud to represent England on this international stage and we welcome any support to help with our costs.
