#FORRONAN was set up 2 years ago as a legacy project in memory of Ronan Costello who passed away after getting tragically injured playing RL for the Huddersfield Giants academy.

Fast forward to December 2021 and the #FORRONAN committee decided unanimously to defer all funds raised in the next six months to Eden Smith - a 7 year old girl diagnosed with neuroblastoma (a rare form of cancer). #FORRONAN had 2 major events planned. One of these is the tour of Fiji which involves five participants making their way around the outskirts of Fiji some THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN MILES in under 13 days in temperatures exceeding twenty degrees. None of the participants are classified as 'runners' and the trip is 100% self funded.

To be successful we need to cover the equivalent of a marathon distance each day 26 miles for a 13 consecutive days.
