Rich's daughter has recently started at Thriveology Alternative Provision, and it has already made a huge difference to her life.

Thriveology provides a safe, nurturing space where neurodiverse young people are supported to learn, grow, and build confidence at their own pace. For neurodiverse families, having a place that truly understands and values difference is life-changing.

To give something back, Rich and colleague Ben at Gloster MEP will be running the Fleet Half Marathon , raising funds to support Thriveology and the incredible work they do every day. Every donation will help them continue providing tailored education, emotional support, and a safe environment for students who need it most. Sensory equipment is expensive but provides invaluable benefits to the children during their sensory breaks and sensory circuits.
