As part of our Budding Manager course that is being run for the first time this year through the Telford Homes Academy, we have been given the opportunity to organise a one day charity event for a charity of our choice.

Our team has partnered with The London Wildlife Trust and will be working at their Walthamstow Wetlands site to help develop, maintain and create habitats across their nature reserve.

When we visited site earlier this month, they informed us that they had started to create a Special Education Needs and Disability garden/outdoor classroom (SEND Classroom). This is where we are asking for your help and support to assist in the project.

With your kind donations we propose to donate trellis and posts in order to create a natural looking screen between the external space and public footpath. We also would like to try and donate materials that can be used in the sound, touch and sensory sections, and if possible, play equipment for the mud kitchen and sand circle.
