Sam is just a regular teenager, with a positive outlook on life, but who faces a daily battle with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He asks for nothing and gets on with his life, but his one wish is to visit Barcelona and the famous Nou Camp, home of Barcelona F.C with his family.
