Our good friend and work colleague recently unexpectedly lost her son to suicide.

In light of this we want to help raise awareness of mental health problems particularly in men.

Andy's Man Club is a voluntary ran organisation who aim to get men talking to one another.

So we are going to take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks to raise awareness and money to donate to this fantastic organisation.

So please dig deep and donate what you can.
