Story
We brought Teddy home on Tuesday 21st July 2020, he was a normal puppy who was very playful and wanted lots of cuddles. That night we noticed Teddy coughing but carried on to see how he was until the morning. We woke up to Teddy struggling to breathe and very lathargic that morning. The vets saw Teddy straight away as an emergency appointment and that was when our nightmare started...we got the news that it was very likely Teddy had been bred on a Puppy Farm (poor conditions) and brought to London all the way from Eastbourne at less than 8 weeks old. We visited him in which seemed a homely condition but what we now know is this was just for show. Teddy is on 24 hour oxygen, an antibiotic drip, fluid drip and a glucose drip. When we did the puppy hand over we were given teddys vaccination stickers but later on found out that these could not be confirmed by any vet. Unforunately at this stage we dont know what Teddys outcome will be but have been advised that his vet bills will be a very high number (they are already over £1000) given the amount of care, treatment and tests he needs. Please spread and share awareness of Teddys story. Any donations would be appreciated.
