In memory of our lovely grandad, who suddenly passed away on Good Friday. All donations will be going to Pass on the Memories at Everton Football Club, which is delivered in partnership with Mersey Care NHS Trust, ‘Pass on the Memories’ supports people living with dementia and their carers. Run from Goodison Park four times a week, ‘Pass on the Memories’ uses a range of interventions, including sporting reminiscence workshops and custom-made life story memory books, to help people share important memories and create new ones. Their club provides entertainment and new friends while caring for our beautiful grandad towards the later part of his life right up until the week of his passing. Their support has been amazing and we hope you will give generously to this amazing charity in memory of an amazing, unforgettable man loved by all.
