Story
Ted Pye dedicated 25 years of his life to improving the small town of Queenborough in north-east Kent. He worked to provide playgrounds for children, protect the environment and to support local schools. Sadly he died in October and in conjunction with Queenborough Town Council his family have set up this memorial fund. This will provide funding for projects in Queenborough for children and young people ranging from enhancements to sports and playground facilities through to prizes of pens for handwriting competitions

5 years agoHuge thanks to everybody and we reached the £1500 target. The money has now gone to Queenborough Town Council who will use this to make a real difference to children and young people in Queenborough. I cannot thank everybody enough.

5 years agoWe have received a direct donation to the council so have now raised £1395! So we only have £105 left to reach our final target. We close the page at the end of the month so please share and see if we can get there.
