Story
So its upon us, our annual sponsored pyjama week is looming and were determined to smash last years target of over £4000.
This year we are torn between two amazing charities, so as a team we have come to the decision to split all proceeds between The Lullaby Trust and Bradley Lowery's Fight.
We are donating to the Lullaby Trust in memory of one of our own swimmers, Alice Robinson. Alice was a beautiful baby who swam with Puddle Ducks from a very young age. Unfortunately Alice passed away sleeping, and we know this is a charity close to the families heart. We would like thank the family for allowing Puddle Ducks Tees Valley to swim in memory of Alice.
Our next charity is Bradley Lowery's fight, I'm sure most of you have heard Bradely's story and can understand why this was an easy choice. For those who don't, Bradley is fighting a rare form of cancer known as Neuroblastoma. After being told he was in remission, Bradley's cancer returned with aggression and his family are fundraising for a possible life-saving treatment in America.
Pyjama week starts 7th November and we hope you are all behind us in support of these two amazing charities.
