I know there are alot more people who need help but I also need help alot of people who know me knows how big my boobs are they are a 42 F and I would like to go down to a 42 D and what problems it causes with my back I have been to the doctor's a number of times and they keep turning me away to get a boon reduction on the NHS as they keep saying it's not a health problems but it really is I have suffered with my back for a few years and I also have a disabled daughter who can't walk and needs a wheelchair and that involves picking her up countless times of the day and it has put so much strain on my back I'm not asking people to pay for it but I would like help towards it and it costs £4000 to get it done so please can you just give me that little bit of help so I can get it done many thanks
