We are an NCS group and we are called ‘Team Tenacity’. We all share an interest in helping others and are planning to work in a care home for the elderly, so that we can offer services such as entertainment and renovation. We believe that the elderly can be more vulnerable members of society, and may often feel isolated in care homes. We want to change this by creating a wonderful environment for them and keeping them occupied throughout the day, giving them memories that they will cherish.
