After a long time of renting, the time has come to buy our building! TENT is more than a wellbeing cafe, it is a safe place, a welcoming place, a place for chatting, crafting and getting support as well as a decent cuppa and something delicious to eat. We support all kinds of people, suicidal people, those struggling with their mental health, lonely people, survivors of trauma, abuse and domestic violence, members of the trans community and our LGBTQ+ friends. We operate with no judgement, if people need help, we try our best to offer it or at least refer them to someone who can. TENT is a literal life saver for a lot of people in Scunthorpe and we want to make our presence permanent.
