Hello, My name is Terence, and this is my 7 year old Mastiff / Staffordshire Terrier - Bruno.

Bruno started life with a family who didnt care for him, he was tied up outside in the cold, with no love.

when i met Bruno for the first time, he was very affectionate, and made my heart smile. such a chunky boy, he sent me flying trying to wrap himself around me for a hug. he seemed to be thanking me for saving him.

Im a man of 33, and used to be a London bus driver until i had a mental health breakdown 5 years ago. I lost my job as i was diagnosed with Bipolar and severe ADHD. NHS therapy has failed for me, and i was near the edge of suicide.

This is where Bruno, my Hero stepped up.

He listened to me when nobody else would.
He didnt judge me or desert me.
He licked my tears away and showed me unconditional love, something i have never felt, even from a human.
He gave me strength to carry on, somebody to love and wake up for,
he always sits by my side, no matter how bad things get.

he SAVED MY LIFE, and continues to do so.

But, now Bruno needs help, and im devastated that i cannot give him the help. i noticed Bruno develop a lump on his left front leg.
I took him to the pdsa, as im unable to cope with the vet bills.
They said it was a growth, which could be simply removed and booked him in for a small operation. however, they called me later that day to tell me that my little man has dreaded cancer. I cannot begin to explain the emotion that ripped through my heart, my poor little Bruno has Cancer, and to find out how to treat him for it, he would need a scan (CT), at the average cost of £2000.

I have no way of raising this cash, and in a race against time, this is my only option so far. I feel animals are worth far more than humans these days, and Bruno has shown me true love and loyalty, and now i have to do the same.

Bruno is my life, and im mortified that the one time he needs me to help him, im not able to.
