Our dear friend Chrissie came into work one day after just returning from maternity leave. This particular day she kept complaining about having a headache. After an awful lot of persuasion as she didnt want to leave the staff short, she finally went to the hospital. This led to further investigation and she was told she had several tumours on the brain. They also found them in her liver and lungs. She was then given the devastating news that it was too widespread to cure so are just attacking it with drugs and treatments to give her more time with her 5 children. Chrissie' s eldest is 18 years old and her youngest is 18months and we as a team are going to attempt the 3 peaks challenge to help raise funds for Chrissie and her family to help them enjoy whatever time chrissie has left. She is a very loving lady who wants to make as many positive memories for her family while she still can so please help us do this. This is going to hurt but nothing in comparison to what Chrissie is going through xx
