Local folk musician Kevin Young is taking on an amazing 24-Hour Folk Song Marathon, performing over 600 folk songs and sea shanties to raise vital funds for two organisations that save lives around our coastline:

⚓ The Humber Coastguard Association, a group which assists Coastguards and their families in times of need and helps local community projects.

Every song performed can be sponsored, and every pound raised will help support the dedicated volunteers and rescue teams who are there for us when they're needed most.
