I am a victim and survivor of domestic violence. My youngest daughter suffered more than any of us and has been physically and mentally scarred. I'm lucky and so are my children to have moved on and now would like to help other women and children do the same. A friend and family member have both since suffered and almost become homeless because of their situation. This kind of abuse is not acceptable. No abuse wether it be physical,verbal, financial or mental is acceptable in this day and age.we should be allowed to live our lives no matter what our sexually, race, age, gender etc without being bullied. I would like to be able to giverify people a chance just like me and my children were. Now 4 years later nearly we are happier than ever and everyone deserves that.we need more housing and rights for people suffering domestic abuse and every penny counts
