Hi my name is terri I'm looking to get my children back who i love with all my heart my mum and me don't get along and I'm finding it hard to get legal aid since its stopped since social services have come out of our lives my mum as took over I've asked her for more visits she refuses I know that if social services were involved I'd be aloud to have them extra visits social services won't help me cos they are no longer involved ive been to seek advice from a solicitor and I keep hitting a brick wall as I need legal aid which will cost £1000 If I was given my chance in court I'd have a fighting chance to get my girls back who love and and miss sooooo much with all my heart I never ask for anything from anyone be very grateful for any help all I want is my chance in court to prove I'm capable to be there mother the chance my mum won't give me my mum had no problem letting me babysit pick my girls from school take them out for day on our own I'm no risk to my children I want to be given a chance to have my day in court
