APPEAL
Hi all this is my nephew lewis and his mum Joanne Johnson Was Chadwick lewis is 11 years old and has just gone though 20hr surgary to remove a tumor from his neck
it had many complications but he is on the very long road to recovery at this moment in time he is still on intensive care after just coming out of an induced coma and been on life support iam trying to raise alittle money to send lewis and his 5 siblins on a holiday for some family bonding once hes well enough to leave hospital

thank you all so much for your donations after spending the night with lewis talking to him at what he wants to do with whats raised He said it would be nice for him to go on holiday but hes decide he wants to treat his big sister to a day out for everything shes done looking after the other children and any other money raised hed like to buy much need equiptment for the ward like fans kindels hairdryers We will be doing afew fundraising events for this but just though you should all no lewis also wants to give this money to them also
