I am trying to raise £1500 to cover court costs for a private summons against TFL regarding the removal of the 15 year age limit on cabs. I believe most drivers entered into a contract when we bought our vehicles and TFL have changed the conditions if fitness during the last 15 years illegally. This could be a landmark case if we win and would open TFL to either compensate each and every driver for the loss if 3 years service or reinstate the 15 years on cabs bought before 2019.
