We are beginning our travel adventures in September of 2018, starting in Thailand and moving on to Australia, we are raising money towards our volunteering work in Thailand.
We are going to be volunteering at Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai, helping to care for the elephants, many of which were rescued from the tourist industry. We are very passionate about these elephants and the care they receive, Elephant nature park have a strict saddle off policy which means no elephants in their care will ever be ridden. we will be helping to prepare food, shelter, beds and also washing and interacting with the elephants. any money we can raise will go towards a brighter future for the elephants and other animals at this park.
whilst in Thailand we will also be seeking further opportunities to volunteer our time and support with other charities such as renovation projects in schools and orphanages.
We will be taking part in different events throughout the year to raise these funds and any donations would be hugely appreciated by us and the people we will be working with.
We are starting our sponsored events with a 60 mile walk taking place at the end of March which we will be doing over 2 days and ending in North Devon.
We will be setting up a facebook page in the near future where you will be able to see all the different things we are doing and this will be updated so you can see everything we have achieved.
