Children across the UK are being subjected to abuse and/or neglect from a system which is meant to help in times of need.

My own story includes, most recently, my baby receiving a fractured skull whilst in the care of emergency overnight foster care as I was in hospital. Instead of dealing with this issue, they are now linking a slight mishap whilst playing with his older brother and threatening foster care as 'there have been two incidents and this leads social services to have concerns that you are unable to supervise the care of your children'. My children are being threatened with foster care after the youngest was hurt in foster care!

There are so many stories about children suffering from neglect, physical abuse, emotional/mental abuse and sexual abuse whilst in care. And this is not the first instance involving my children either.

I want to raise awareness and get as many testimonies, anonymously if required, to fight this injust system, many times where children are taken on the flimsiest of reasons but the system works against any fight they may put up. Subjecting children to the emotional harm of separation and potential hidden abuse when it is unnecessary just so the 'system' can protect themselves from any criticism is not acceptable. Some children need to be placed in care and their needs could be sooner met if time and money wasn't wasted elsewhere. Also, I want to acknowledge that foster carers are often bullied by social services - I want your stories too.

I need money, and help, to create web pages, media campaigns etc to reach as many people as possible. To gather testimonies, to provide support.
