Weʼve raised £32 to fund Callum Dawson's Headstone

Funded on Tuesday, 6th August 2019

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Callum Dawson was a 17 year old lad from Bradford. With his bold and bubbly personality, he was never seen without his cheeky smile.

On the 25th of June 2018, Callum got into difficulty while swimming in the River Aire, Leeds. His body was recovered the next morning at 1.30am. On the hottest day of the year, the story made national news.

The loss has impacted his friends and family greatly; there will never be anyone like Callum. To cherish his memory, we want to raise enough money to give Callum the best headstone we possibly can at his final place of rest.

There has been an array of events going on to help fund this - from walks to music events. We all want to give Callum one last gift. Please help out in any way you can, even the smallest amount can prove to be a big help.

Rest in Peace, Cal. You are missed eternally x
