I'm raising £600 to support the running of The Promise of the Father and to grow the work of your CDSC team

Organised by Stuart Burman

Story

I'm raising £600 to support "The Promise of the Father" Life in the Spirit Seminar 2026 and our other work across A&B Diocese, bringing the Light of Christ to everyone.

The Promise of the Father is a seven‑session Life in the Spirit seminar restarting in 2026 after the last run in 2024. The series begins on 14 April 2026 at St Joseph’s, Redhill and will be available in person, online, and via parish hubs so people across all parts of Arundel & Brighton can participate.

Why your gift matters? - The seminar is free to attend, but delivering a multi-attendance programme that is available to all, prayerful, with high quality renowned speakers and uses modern technology requires practical support. Your donation will help cover the costs that make this possible and will also sustain the ongoing ministry of the Arundel & Brighton Charismatic Diocesan Service of Communion Team (CDSC), helping to form Holy Spirit filled disciples who actively serve in their bigger parishes and also ongoing programmes such as our Lighthouse events.

What will donations fund?

• Technology and livestreaming so people can join online and parish hubs can connect to the sessions.

• Printed and digital materials for prayer, small‑group reflection and follow‑up formation.

• Speakers and musicians — travel and donations so we can offer excellent teaching and prayerful worship.

• Gifts to the churches who are hosting us.

• CDSC formation and mission work across the Diocese, including support for Lighthouse, Prayer Ministry and other adult formation initiatives.

We are committed to good stewardship. All funds will be used to cover seminar and CDSC ministry costs (technology, materials, speakers, musicians, and gifts to hosting churches).
