The Yoga & Creativity Space is a beautiful space in Hebden Bridge that I created only last year as a venue to teach yoga (and other) classes and workshops. The space is loved by many teachers and students alike and we would all be very sad to see it go so soon. It's a baby business and was just breaking even after its first 9 months of trading. The summer was set to be good with lots of courses and workshops planned but of course this has all changed now. Things have changed for all of us. My landlords are supportive but are up against it themselves with so many tenants so they can't offer a rent free period. I have one months rent in the bank for April but that's as far as its finances will stretch.

SO I open it up to you my lovely friends. Would you like to see the space survive? Do you practice here, or teach here or have you fantasised about hiring it in the future for something lovely? Would you be willing to donate a small amount? A lot of small amounts add up to one BIG amount and if I could raise two months worth of expenses we are in for a chance of it all being ok. It's obviously not a given. None of us know how this will pan out or how long it will take but on the other side of all this I would love for us all to have a cosy space to practice in together. x
