Weʼve raised £2,643 to raise awareness for the 125 lives are lost every week to suicide. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. We want to help change this.

Story
125 lives are lost every week to suicide and 75% of all UK suicides are male. We want to help change this.
We are holding a 24 Hour Cycle at the 304 Studio in memory of Owen Long who was a good friend of everybody involved at 304. For this fund raiser 35 cyclists will complete 1 hour cycles each with the aim to complete a minimum of 850 miles over the 24 hours. (Lands End to John O Grotes) This is to symbolise that we all need too and should support each other.
If you wish to contribute by completing a 1 hour cycle, then please email dmp@304clothing.com to secure your slot(s).
The challenge will start at 10AM April 24th and complete at 10AM on Monday 25th April. There will be DJ's/music, food & even yoga classes throughout the day & any support via social media or in person would be a huge help to keep the cyclists going and energy levels high. Everyone is welcome.
All proceeds will be donated to the Samaritans
Mens MANUP is a Mens Mental Health Charity raising awareness around depression and anxiety and breaking the stigma that men can just get on with it and 'man up'.
