The Academy is an England Boxing affiliated, non profit, community organisation committed to providing top class boxing training and mentoring for children and adults in the local area whilst encouraging and fostering a sense of belonging. We are funded solely by membership subscriptions, donations, sponsorship and fundraising. Our team of volunteers give considerable time making the club a success, including coaches and admin staff. Keeping subsriptions low and affordable is extremely important to us, especially in hard times, to ensure no child is unable to box because they can't afford the subs.

Our club membership with England Boxing (London Boxing Division) ensures the safety and welfare of members, child protection and compliance, DBS checking and promotion of boxing to potential new members, enforcing rules and regulations, providing a talent pathway for boxers who excel and training and coaching courses for our staff and coaches. All our coaches are trained to a minimum Level One Coaching by England Boxing including First Aid, Safeguarding and enhanced DBS certificates.

We have an all purpose boxing gym sited in Littleton Recreation Ground, Laleham Road, Shepperton.

Unfortunately space is limited and as a result we have had to limit numbers attending classes. We are committed to finding a solution as we aim to reach a much wider section of the community and currently are looking at plans to expand the gym.
