The homeless are some of the most vulnerable and socially excluded people in society. More than 8,000 people slept rough on London's streets during 2016/17 (the this has doubled in the last six years). With the cold winter months looming, we are putting together and handing out 'survival backpacks' to provide an immediate difference in someones life. Last year we distributed 35 backpacks to our local homeless community. This year we have scaled up massively and will be putting together 250 backpacks, ready for distribution in the last week of December, to bring a little Christmas cheer to Londons homeless. Each backpack costs in the region of £45-50, so your donation makes a huge difference. Please give generously!
