Since forming in 2014 The Castle Choir have raised thousands of pounds for charity through our Christmas concerts. We are keen to continue this tradition and this year we have chosen to support Open Door.

Open Door is a community space in Berkhamsted run entirely by volunteers. In normal times they run a Donations Café, a wide range of wellbeing and creative workshops and a Memory Café for people with dementia and alzheimers.

They host a Community Pantry providing food, toiletries and other essentials to those in need, and in the first 6 months of the Covid pandemic delivered 2,500 fresh meals to the vulnerable and self-isolating.

Open Door rely entirely on grants and donations so if you are able to, please contribute to our fundraising page to help them continue their fantastic work.
