Story
We'd like to share the fantastic walking route 'The Clyde Coastal Path' through creating 2000 Guidebooks. The Guidebooks will offer information on the history, archeology, wildlife and landscape along the route, for locals and visitors alike.
We're a group of 6 Rotary Clubs; Allander, Gourock, Govan, Erskine, Paisley Callants and Renfrewshire. We've come together with members of the community and have successfully built a footpath for everyone to enjoy. The Clyde Coastal Path links from the Ayrshire Coastal Path to the West Highland Way, meaning that one continuous walking route is now provided.
We'd like to offer this Guidebook so that people from Scotland and beyond can learn more about the communities and landscapes they walk through and help raise more funds through sales of this book for good causes- local, national and international.
We're grateful to Scottish Broadcaster and writer Sally Magnusson for her enthusiasm and support for the project through an engaging foreword. The Guidebook is compellingly written by Vincent Cuddihy (Rotary).
We are grateful for Rotary Grants to support the project and need to raise an extra £1000 to reach our overall target and help us print the Guidebook.
We hope you can join us in the project and help share this beautiful route through Scotland. Thank you for your support!

Keep going, keep posting to social media. Ask notables, e.g. Cameron McNeish to retweet, share etc. Sorry I can’t give more at this point.
