Our Stella is only 8. We have pet Insurance for her but back in December when she took not well with a retro bulber abcess it used more than half of the payout. She nearly died. The Dick Vets attempted to fix her and we thought they did. Until now that is. Since last Tuesday she has been in hospital again. The same thing has happened again. She is still in critical care unfortunately. She is very poorly and every day she is in ICU costs £400. With MRI, 2 operations and daily charges we are sitting at £7000 (as of 23/05/18). The Insurance will cover £3000 with us having to source the rest and the total will still rise. Today she managed to drink and lick food. We miss her, we love her and we want her better to come home to us. We would never normally ask anyone for anything but we are struggling. If you can spare a couple of £ then honestly, it would be appreciated. When/If Stella gets better I know she would thank you too.
