    Story

Our ultimate goal is to establish an outreach outlet to support and encourage the girl child in their quest for education and seeking a place in the society where they can promote gender equality, in the same token, demonstrate leadership qualities to ascertain a promising future. (The future lies in our future generation). Our organization visualizes a cycle trend that passes down from generation to generation in the services and support we aim to offer in the African society. We seek to eradicate the obstacles the girl child encounters in asserting their role as women in society and the organization is highlighted as "youth friendly"; opening doors and vibrantly capacitated to influence the African girl child; building a network of the girl child globally. One such immediate plan was a documentary about young girls in developing countries, who have struggled to attain education despite all the odds against them and are becoming productive young women in achieving education and staying educated. This was our first successful project in advocating for the education of the girl child.

We've so far received about 60 entries for the essay contest at the St. Joseph's Secondary School. This is our first venture to encourage secondary schoolers to express their views on women empowerment. We still need funds to distribute the scholarship prizes to empower 8 girls' winners. Please help support the girls, for those from the Convent, support your alma mater in the quest for leadership empowerment and education.
