On the 9th April 2017 I was standing in work when I was given the news that changed our lives forever. My Sisters partner of 6 years had been tragically killed in a motorbike crash, whilst visiting his favourite spot at Hartside pass in Cumbria.

This came only months after moving in together and starting their own life in a new home. Together Frazer and Helen shared a dream of owning an original VW Campervan which came a reality when they purchased one, as a project to be slowly restored. Frazer and Helen would then use the campervan to continue their shared love of travelling/camping. They aptly named their van 'The Spirit of Adventure' from their favourite film, Up! and nicknamed it Casper.

Frazer was determined to complete every inch of the van exactly as they wanted and Helen was going to design and fit the interior. Sadly, Helen is now left with a shell to complete herself. We are hoping to help Helen complete the van so my sister can fulfil hers and Frazer's dreams.

As a Brother I cant put into words what it is like seeing my sisters future ripped away from her so quick and be placed in such an awful emotional and financial situation, rendering her unable to complete the shared dream.

Therefore on the 19th August 2017 I will compete in Toughmudder, a 15 mile assault course and dubbed, 'Probably the hardest course in the world.' This is to help raise money for Helen to continue the restoration and complete hers and Frazer's dream.
