We're excited to be raising funds for The Growforward Project, a cause that’s not only revitalising our community but also preserving its rich heritage. Right now, we’re focusing on the restoration and redevelopment of historical buildings and assets—including an iconic water wheel—that have been part of our community’s history for generations.

These structures have tremendous potential to become spaces where people can gather, learn, and grow. But to bring our vision to life, they need extensive restoration and revitalisation. Your support will go directly towards repairing and refurbishing these heritage assets and supporting buildings, breathing new life into spaces that will become community hubs, skill-building centers, and places where people can reconnect with the past while building a brighter future. If we can raise enough, we'd like to use the water wheel to generate renewable hydroelectricity to help power the site - as it did in the 1960's and 1970's.
