The problem is recording studios, not just in the north west but all over the country don't offer an alternative to bands and artists paying a hell of a lot of money to studios to release a piece of work. I want to change that. I want to open a studio work shop that just doesn't focus on recording artists for free but also publishing records where the artists get to keep the income. My dream is to do this for both the local community and people out of town and also open a programme where we can get children involved in music work shops, to come with their families, create a piece of music, learn an instrument and develop their life by learning and enjoying music and funded by you the people. Without the help of people we can't make this happen and it's important to us to be able to give something back to the people who make Greater Manchester the place it is.
Growing up in this town there was never anywhere offering this kind of service and today there still isn't & it's been a life long dream of mine to achieve this however working full time just doesn't give me the funds to do so.

The local community in every area are the people that make that town or village in every major city across the nation what it is and I want to be able to give something back to these wonderful people whom have little or nothing and get them all involved in creating and making music with us as musicians.

The money for this Just Giving campaign will go towards the equipment to build a studio aswell as instruments and the hire of a local unit to turn into a work shop so we can make this happen. The rest is where I come in and put in every spare hour of every evening and weekend after work to build a project of arts in Rochdale town and involve people from all walks of life by teaching them music, along with some friends and getting them on a recorded piece of music & videos & involved in the arts by bringing people together to create in a thriving and relaxed happy environment
