I've raised £500 to purchase basic toiletries to support our charity partners, as our usual donation boxes are closed and our need for product is great

14.5 million people live in poverty (many of whom are in work) and with over 1 million signed up to Universal Credit since the outbreak of COVID-19, this number is looking to increase. The Hygiene Bank collect new toiletries and donate to those in need so that they can be clean and feel the best they can in trying circumstances. Its about giving someone dignity. Having to choose between eating, paying for heating and being clean should not be a choice that one should be required to make.
