The Ivers Parish Council is re-invigorating the incredible volunteer based work that so many people helped with during the first lockdown. This time we have identified that we have many families and local residents who would welcome help with the provision of a food parcel and a first batch was delivered in readiness for half term. The schools and professionals who work with families are making more referrals to us on a daily basis and we want to help as many as we are able. We are shopping in bulk to use the money we have wisely and volunteers are working hard to prepare and deliver where requested. We are appealing to our community to help us provide the food that these local residents and families need by donating what you are able. We will spend it on food and it will go to those who need it.
