Ive chosen 7 Individuals and groups : People that are suffering with mental health to those fighting Anorexia too Cancer , those who have children with muscular dystrophy to those that have lost loved ones recently .

Every penny raised will go to individuals/ Local community groups who can make good from the money

48 years i struggled with demons from childhood years a lot of people know my story..... the abuse , homelessness , drugs , alcohol , loss of my mum , Mental breakdown ....finally resulting in heart issues and then a stroke which again nearly cost me my life ...

Then an event by Steven Green called S2S changed my life 2 Years ago... I was a broken man who then found my "WHY" and that was to use my story and experiences to help others and show others whats possible in life .

A non runner up till 48 saw me train and run a full marathon , 6 stone weight loss in as many months .

As well as holding down a regular office job i trained to be a life coach , Therapist , NLP Practitioner to help others that may need it .

May 29th i will set off solo on a bike and attempt to ride from lands end to john groats over 10000 miles along the way delivering letters of positivity to random people hoping that what ever they are going through a letter may raise a smile or get them to think about things differently if i can do this with a simple letter then the ride itself will be worth it .

The project has seen me get support videos from the likes of Sir Bradley Wiggins to Ray Winston , Rafa benitez to Vernon Kay, Ricky Hatton to Bros and many more .

Im doing this to deliver messages of hope throughout the UK , to show people what ever you are going through there is light at the end of the tunnel, Im doing this to show people whats possible in life if you believe in yourself .
