The Longest Day – For Teddy
On Saturday 29th August 2026, six athletes from Exert Gym will take on a relentless 24-hour endurance challenge in support of Teddy and his family.
For 24 hours straight, our teams will continuously relay through:
3km Row
3km Ski Erg
2km Run
One athlete will always be working.
There will be no pauses, no shortcuts and very little sleep.
Our goal is simple:
Travel as far as possible in 24 hours while raising as much money as possible for Teddy.
Why Teddy?
Teddy has shown incredible strength and courage while battling neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer.
After enduring intensive treatment, surgery and countless hospital visits, Teddy and his family continue to face enormous challenges.
We wanted to use our fitness community to do something meaningful and help support Teddy's journey.
Every kilometre completed during this challenge is for Teddy.
Every donation helps.
The Challenge
Two teams of three athletes.
24 hours.
One athlete working at a time.
Continuous relay.
Our aim is to cover approximately:
250km per team
500km combined
while pushing through fatigue, soreness and sleep deprivation.
This will be the toughest challenge any of us have attempted.
