Story
One in four people in Scotland suffer from mental health problems but many suffer in silence or are too proud to share their inner turmoil with others. We are cycling with our family and friends to celebrate the positive and courageous side to Duncan who tried to battle though his demons. We aim to to continue to promote the work of SAMH in Scotland.
