Story

Our 6 animated videos have been viewed nearly 1 million times over the last year and are currently receiving over 10,000 views a day on YouTube. They are tools that are helping children cope with everyday stresses and mental health issues.

We want to create another 4 videos that can be accessed easily and used for FREE by children and their teachers.

All our work to date, designing the videos and writing the scripts, has been done for free and the money we are seeking to raise is purely to pay the professional fees needed to animate the videos.

To give you a sample, here is one of our animated videos which would be similar to any future videos:

YouTube Channel - The Mental Health Teacher ⭐️

The latest NHS online study (2021) found that:

1 in every 6 children in the UK have a diagnosable mental health issue.

That’s 5 children in EVERY classroom in the UK!

Our videos show children how to reduce their stress levels and once these skills have been learnt, they will be able to use them for life, like these children have:

I sat on my bed and did my 'Belly Breathing' after I had an argument with my brother and it made me feel better. (AF, age 7)

When my mum and dad were arguing I did my mindful colouring to stop feeling sad. (DI, age 8)

Mindfulness is the best feeling ever! I feel like I'm floating on a cloud! (PN, age 7)

Sometimes I have to put on the 'Thought Bubbles' video before the kids come in to get my head straight! (HL, teacher, Derbyshire)

I truely mean it; my kids absolutely love your videos! We watch them everyday. (MK, teacher, Australia)

Please don't think that mental health disorders are rare - or even that your child won't ever be affected.

Half of all mental health problems start BEFORE the age of 14.

Many emotions and behaviours that we think of as 'normal', such as stress, anxiety, strong emotional outbursts, being quiet and withdrawn, not wanting to talk about their feelings, acting differently to usual, constantly complaining of tummy ache etc... can all be signs of poor mental health. Let's make an impact TODAY to reduce the problems of tomorrow.
