I've raised £5000 to be equally split between three charities which are very close to our hearts, St Giles, Brain Research and Samaritans.

A group of us have committed to completing The National Three Peaks Challenge which we will be raising money in memory of our beloved father which we sadly lost.
We would like to raise as much money as possible for the following three charities
The first:
St Giles.
They support and care for local people whose illness may not be curable, whenever and wherever they need it most. They help more than 7,000 people a year facing the challenge of a potentially incurable illness and provide bereavement support to more than 2,000 people every year.
Brain Research.
The brain is the most complex organ in our body. It weighs just 3lb, yet it controls our emotions, senses and actions. Every single one of them. It is how we process the world around us. So when it breaks down, we break down. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
There are hundreds of neurological conditions. Brain research fund the best research to discover the causes, develop new treatments and improve the lives of those affected.
They inspire scientists and families to come together, side by side, stride by stride and help loved ones live better, longer.
Samaritans Tamworth.
Tragically every single day, around 16 people decide to end their own life across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The Samaritans are there to help people before it's too late, they offer a safe place for people to talk any time they like, in their own way - about whatever's getting to them.
Without the amazing work these charities undertake our lives would be a lot harder, we would have lost loved ones or had nowhere to turn to in times of difficulty. We would like to honour our loved ones by taking on this challenge and raising as much money as possible to be shared equally between the three charities. Please show your support by leaving a donation. No matter how big or small that may be, it will help to make a difference to many people lives
